Land Acquisition Procedure

The company must send an electronic purchase contract to the client, and for that, the client needs to provide their identification and email address. They will receive the purchase contract in their inbox.
The client will then read and electronically sign it by initialing their name. If they are married and wish to include their spouse in the purchase, the spouse will be the co-signer. If they want to include their children or other family members, they will be listed as dependents (persons of interest).
After paying the down payment, the client will proceed with signing the contract. They will attach the signed contract and send it back to the company, which will also sign it and return a copy to the client.

ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION

To benefit from the construction loan, you need to provide 30% as a personal contribution, while the remaining 70% is pre-financed by the company.
Repayment will be made monthly at 1% of the total construction cost over a period of 30 years.
The estimated cost of the construction is provided to the client, noting that this is just an estimate as the actual construction value depends on the type of materials used.
Note: Clients who need project financing must purchase a plot, which will serve as collateral for the financing of their projects.
